Hi, I’m Natasha, Therapist & Coach

 

I support individuals and couples who feel anxious, overwhelmed, stuck in old patterns, or unsure of themselves to build self-belief, self-compassion, and self-trust. My work is for women and men who want life to feel calmer, clearer, and more connected, whether that’s in relationships, dating, parenthood, or simply in who they are.

Who can I help

My background & how I work

I’ve spent over 15 years working as a therapist and family support worker, supporting adults, couples, parents, and families through the messy, emotional, real parts of life.

That work taught me something important:

When you support the person at the centre, everything around them starts to shift.

Not because life becomes perfect.
But because they feel steadier, clearer, and more like themselves.

I’m also a mum of two, so I bring lived experience into this work as well as professional training. I understand overwhelm, emotional load, relationship strain, anxiety, identity shifts, and that feeling of holding everything together while quietly falling apart.

But my work isn’t only about parenting.

I support people with:

Mum Reset

Feeling stuck, exhausted, or like you’ve lost yourself in motherhood?
 

In this 90-minute intensive session, we’ll tackle what’s making you feel overwhelmed, explore what’s holding you back, and set realistic, actionable goals to help you feel more like you again.
 

Whether you’re struggling with mum guilt, self-doubt, burnout, or just feeling disconnected, this session will give you the clarity and confidence to move forward.

 1-1 Therapeutic Coaching.

For 3 or 6 months, I’ll combine therapy and coaching to help you become the mum you needed growing up.

This isn’t about perfection—it’s about embracing setbacks as steps toward growth. Together, we’ll build your self-compassion, boost your confidence, and help you feel excited about life again.

Couples Therapy

Relationships change, especially when life feels busy, stressful, or emotionally heavy. Even strong relationships can start to feel strained when communication breaks down and connection fades.
 

Our sessions focus on improving communication, rebuilding emotional safety, and helping you understand each other more clearly. Whether you’re feeling disconnected, stuck in conflict, or emotionally distant, therapy creates space to slow things down and strengthen your relationship in a way that feels real and sustainable.
