I’m a therapist, couples therapist, and mindset coach dedicated to guiding you through the transformative journey of motherhood and personal growth. With over 15 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and parents, I help clients navigate life’s transitions with compassion and practical tools.

Since becoming a mum, I’ve been on my own journey of self-discovery—exploring who I am and who I want to be as a parent.
This deeply personal experience has shaped my understanding of how our past, particularly our childhood experiences, impacts who we are today. In my work, I help clients unravel these patterns, break free from cycles of anxiety and perfectionism, and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships with themselves and those they love.

There are various different ways we can work together. We all take different paths back to feeling ourselves again, so I use a blend of what is needed with each client individually. No two clients' journeys are ever the same. But what is guaranteed is that you will be able to truly understand yourself on a much deeper level.
1-1 Therapeutic Coaching.
For 3 or 6 months, I’ll combine therapy and coaching to help you become the mum you needed growing up.
