Hi, I'm Natasha a Therapist, Matrescence Coach and Mum of 2 who supports parents to navigate Matescence and become the parent you needed growing up.
I'm Natasha, a therapist, couples therapist, and matrescence coach, here to guide you through the transformative journey of motherhood and personal growth. With 15 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and parents, I have supported clients through a wide range of challenges that arise as we navigate life’s transitions—including fertility, grief, loss of identity, anxiety, relationship breakdowns and so much more.

Since becoming a mum, I’ve been on my own journey of self-discovery, learning who I am and who I want to be as a parent. This process has helped me better understand how our past, including childhood experiences, impacts who we are today. In my work, I help clients unravel these patterns and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships with themselves and others.​

Grief only exists where love lived first. There is no foot too small that it cannot leave an imprint on this world. There are some that bring a light so great to the world that even after they have gone, the light remains. When you lose a baby you have longed for, you don’t get through the pain by forgetting, you survive the grief by remembering.

There are various different ways we can work together. We all take different paths back to feeling ourselves again, so I use a blend of what is needed with each client individually. No two clients' journeys are ever the same. But what is guaranteed is that you will be able to truly understand yourself on a much deeper level.
1-1 Therapeutic Coaching.
Work with me 1-1 for 3 or 6 months I will use a blend of therapy and coaching to support you to become the mum you needed growing up.
This isn’t about perfection but learning to embrace every setback as a step toward growth. I'll help you build self-compassion, self-confidence, overcome challenges, and feel excited about life again.
Couples Therapy
The transition into parenthood often challenges even the strongest relationships. Our sessions will be tailored to help you and your partner navigate the complexities of life with children.
Focussing on improving communication, rekindling emotional connections, and managing parenting stress. Whether you’re facing disconnection, conflict, or overwhelm, I will support you in strengthening your relationship and building and making family life fun.
