1-1 Therapy

 

Cost £55- per session or £200 for the Monthly plan.

 Available Monday to Thursday- evening slots Online and in person.

As a person-centred counsellor, I believe that we are the experts in our own lives and that we can discover the solutions we need. Sometimes, however, it can be challenging to access those solutions on our own.

My role is to offer a supportive and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings and to help you uncover the answers that lie within you.

 

I know that change can be difficult, but I also believe that with the right guidance and support, we can overcome obstacles and create the lives we truly want.

 

Together, we can work to identify your strengths, navigate difficult situations, and create a plan for achieving your goals.

My ultimate goal is to help you feel empowered and confident and to equip you with the tools you need to support you and your clients to live your best life.

You can voice note me, message me anything that is coming up for you, any time you need support, or feel yourself falling back into old patterns and I will be there to guide you through. I will also send you worksheets, podcasts, and journal prompts to listen or work through for further support.
