Service Description

Finding you Coaching is an intensive programme of support, which gives you the highest level of transformation, and will help you become the Mum you needed growing up. Not the perfect version you think you need to be the hot mess of happiness that learns to treat every setback as a plot twist for the better. You haven't been through all this pain and suffering for nothing Motherhood gives you superpowers and together we will work to amplify them and help you to find out what magic can happen when you quiet down your inner critic and start celebrating everything you have achieved and are capable when you believe in yourself. We will start with a 90-minute-deep dive over zoom where we will explore why you are feeling stuck and create a clear plan of what you need to do next to make more time for you and to help you feel like the new improved version of you that Matrescence has created. We will then have biweekly zoom calls to explore what has been coming up for you and daily WhatsApp coaching to help you stay accountable be your cheerleader when you start having those inevitable wobbles and to remind you that you are doing a really good job when that worst case scenario thinking starts creeping back in.
