This week we are going to be looking at routines schedules and boundaries- It sounds so boring but it is the only way you are going to ever fit in time for all of the FUN we are about to create.

Self belief- self love and self-esteem. This week we will be exploring how important you are and how to truly love yourself. I know its sounds cheesy but if you want to be the Mum your children need liking yourself is a great place to start. Bring a picture of you as a child as we are going to be giving that little girl the hug she really needed. Witht the right mindset we can achieve anything and that is the work you can take away and keep doing forever.

Why Im so passionate about creating the Imperfect Mum community?
Before becoming a mom, I worked with moms who struggled with their mental health, witnessing the damage it could inflict on their children. Knowing this, my top priority upon becoming a mother was to prioritize my own well-being because I had seen firsthand the negative consequences of neglecting it.
​
Staying healthy while juggling limited time, extreme exhaustion, and running a business is not easy and there have been lots of lows amongst the highs.
However, I understand the long-term impact it can have on my children if I don't take care of myself. As a counsellor, self-care is, fortunately, an integral part of my job. In this course, I bring together all the tips, tricks, and hacks that have worked for me and my clients during my five years of being a parent.

Exploring how you treat yourself and where you learnt your unhealthy habits is at the core of everything I do. If you are struggling now Im here to help you to break that cycle so that in 10-20 years you're not watching your own child go through the same things you are now.
The reality is 95% of our thoughts and behaviours are our unconscious and if we don't explore that they will learn from what they see just like you did.

My life motto is "Done is better than perfect," The next 6 weeks are about helping you start building a toolkit of healthy habits with the support of the group to keep you accountable. We are all at different stages but we all have the same end goal. Making change on your own is almost impossible I've tried and failed many times.
​
Recently, one of my clients, who has been struggling with depression, shared an exciting update. He told me that he has just gotten a Clubcard and has been finding joy in collecting points. Witnessing his transformation from feeling numb and joyless to experiencing magic in the little moments is what happiness means to me.
It's in those mundane moments that true happiness resides, and together, we can discover how to appreciate them. It's so much easier to do this when you are surrounded by like-minded women who lift each other up.
